Wisconsin jobs finally recovered to pre-recession levels in February of this 2015. The month of March did not bring good news for the Badger State as jobs fell as we reported in our last Job Watch. April brings slightly better news, however. In April, 3,700 new jobs were created in Wisconsin. The addition of those jobs represents an improvement, but even that growth is insufficient to make up for March’s loss. Wisconsin’s recovery still appears to be weak.
