The Educational Partnerships for Innovation in Communities Network (EPIC-N) is pleased to invite university representatives, city officials and organizational partners to our Seventh Annual Conference (formerly, the Sustainable City Year Conference), April 8-11, 2018 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The EPIC model offers a proven, replicable and sustainable locally-based model, and our network represents more than 25 existing programs implementing this model.

This highly engaging and interactive conference will provide support to new programs as they move from big ideas to implementation, and also provide a forum for capacity-building and peer-to-peer learning for existing programs. Please join us as we highlight the EPIC model of translating knowledge and policy into practice, and learn how colleagues have adapted the model with creative solutions to their local needs.

If you’re an interested local government partner, please contact Ceri Jenkins ( to learn more about possible scholarships.

New to the EPIC Model? Welcome!

This conference will provide you with the tools to get started. Learn more about the EPIC Model here, or contact Ceri Jenkins for more information.
